How to change your current StarTimes package
- On your StarTimes registered phone, dial *858#
- Then select “Package Change”
- Choose type of decoder between “Dish” for satellite and “Digital” for normal Terrestrial decoder.
- Then proceed to select your preferred new bouquet.
How do I downgrade my Startimes package?
If you need to upgrade or downgrade your bouquet subscription please note you can do this by dialing *858# on your Safaricom number or by simply calling our customer care line on 0719 077 077 so we may do it for you.
To check your Startimes subscription status or balance at anytime, follow the steps below:
- Go to the Startimes website, click HERE.
- Click on “RECHARGE BUTTON” button.
- On the next page you will be required to input your 11 digits smart card number
